Authorisation for the person signing the contract/collecting the car to enter into the commitment on behalf of the company.

We do not charge any deposit for rentals with third-party liability. For other rentals, we charge a deposit of between PLN 500 and PLN 5,000 - depending on the car segment.

The minimum age of the lesee who will be the main driver using the car is 21.

Traveling abroad is possible only after you have informed Inter Fleet about your intention and received an authorisation to travel abroad. Driving outside Poland is only possible within the ‘green card’ countries.

Contract and fees

Yes. For medium-term rentals, the insurance cost is part of the monthly instalment. However, for long-term rentals, i.e. over 1 year, you have two options: the insurance fee can be part of the monthly instalment or you can pay it in advance for the year in question in one go.

No, the total cost of registering the vehicle you will be using is borne by us.

Yes, it is possible to buy back the vehicle you are using. If you have signed a medium-term contract, the buy-back amount is agreed individually, whereas if you are a customer using a long-term contract and decide to buy after the rental period, you will already know the buy-back price at the time of signing the contract.

In order to pick-up the car you have to have on you:

  • signed contract;
  • confirmation of the transfer of the deposit and payment of the
  • first month's car rental fee;
  • valid driving licence;
  • authorisation to collect the car rented by the company - in the event that the person collecting the vehicle is not the owner of the company or is not listed in the National Court Register as a person authorised to represent the company by one person.

The most flexible form of rental is medium-term rental. It makes it possible to terminate the rental of a car after the first full month. As medium-term rental is settled on a monthly basis, any subsequent cancellation during the term of the contract is possible at the end of a full settlement period.

The situation is slightly different for long-term rentals - if you decide to terminate the lease before the end of the contractual period, you have to face an additional charge of 25% of the instalments remaining on the contract.

On our website we present models in exemplary configurations. You may choose a different equipment version, but only if a car in this configuration is available.

Before you return your car to us, you must prepare it properly. The car must be clean inside and out, and refuelled to the level at the time of surrender. You will also need to contact the branch where you will be returning the vehicle and arrange a specific time for return.

If you would like to extend your medium-term rental agreement, please contact your sales advisor and make a request, indicating, among other things, by how much you would like to extend the rental. We will prepare an annex extending your agreement.

Renewing a contract is slightly different for long-term rental. If you decide that you want to use the car for longer than the term of your contract, you can make an enquiry with your dealer. We will verify your financing and, if possible, extend your contract by another year. However, if the terms of your financing do not allow you to extend your contract, we will make you an offer for a new, similar car.
