Rental conditions

To rent a car from Inter Fleet, the lessee must meet the following conditions:: 

  • Individual: it is required to have two identity documents with a photo - a valid Driving Licence with at least one year's driving experience and at least 21 years of age and an ID card. In the case of non-EU citizens, a Passport and an International Driving Licence are required. A credit/debit card for payment of the rental and a cash deposit are required for the rental..
  • Company: it is required to have a set of documents consisting of a NIP certificate, a REGON certificate, a certificate of entry in the Business Activity Register or a certificate from the National Court Register (not older than 3 months). Authorisation for the person signing the contract/collecting the car to enter into the commitment on behalf of the company..

In the case of rentals with third-party liability of the perpetrator, we do not charge any guarantee deposits. For all other rentals, we charge a cash deposit of between PLN 500 and PLN 5,000 - depending on the car segment.

The minimum age of the lesee who will be the main driver using the car is 21.

Traveling abroad is possible only after you have informed Inter Fleet about your intention and received an authorisation to travel abroad. Driving outside Poland is only possible within the ‘green card’ countries.

Contract and fees

Yes. For medium-term rentals, the insurance cost is part of the monthly instalment. However, for long-term rentals, i.e. over 1 year, you have two options: the insurance fee can be part of the monthly instalment or you can pay it in advance for the year in question in one go.
